It is being informed that the Director General has approved the implementation of mobile OTP based Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for logging in to the ESIC Staff Portal.   To facilitate smooth implementation of the same, all head of offices shall ensure that mobile numbers of all users working under their jurisdiction are duly verified and updated in the ERP data base before 31.05.2026. The Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)/User Manual for the same is attached herewith.
