Such reports are a matter of concern and also reflect adversely on the standards of service expected from the organization.   देश भर के पशनभोिगय& और िव2भ3 पशनभोगी क4याण संघ& से इस कायालय को कई 2शकायत +ा: हुई ह; <जनम क.रा.बी.िन. के वृ? पशनभोिगय& के साथ िव2भ3 मामल& म अनुचत और अभ@ )यवहार कA घटनाओं का उेख िकया गया है। ऐसी GरपोटH Iचता का िवषय ह; एवं संगठन से अपेत सेवा मानक& पर भी +तकूल +भाव डालती ह;।     A recent issue concerning the felicitation of pensioners during the Platinum Jubilee Celebration of ESIC has been brought to notice. In this regard, a circular dated 03.02.2026 was issued by the PR Branch, Headquarters, regarding various activities to be organized at the local level including the felicitation of pensioners. However, it has been observed that in several regions, effective participation of pensioners was not ensured, resulting in disappointment and dissatisfaction among them.   क.रा.बी.िन. के Lलेिटनम जुबली समारोह के दौरान पशनभोिगय& के अ2भनंदन से संबंधत मामला संNान म लाया गया है। इस संबंध म, जनसंपक शाखा, मुOयालय Pारा िदनांक 03.02.2026 को एक पGरप जारी िकया गया था <जसम पशनभोिगय& के अ2भनंदन सिहत थानीय तर पर आयो<जत होने वाली िव2भ3 गतिवधय& का उेख था। पर/तु कई े& म पशनभोिगय& कA +भावी भागीदारी सुिन-त नहR कA गई, <जसके पGरणामवSप उनम िनराशा और असंतोष का भाव उप3 हुआ।   In view of the above, all ESIC Offices are hereby directed to ensure that courtesy, sensitivity and respect is extended while dealing with matter related to the pensioners and their grievances.
