D-12/17/05/2018-E-VI( 12106) 16-12-2025 सेवा म,   सभी नोडल अधकारी   ESIC PMS योजना िवषय : Instructions to Ensure Tie-up with HCOs (Govt./Private) in All Regions as per Requirement under ESIC Pensioners' Medical Scheme 2006 सदभ : इस कायालय का प िदनांक 11.6.2025 महोदय/महोदया,   ESIC PMS योजना के िदनांक 25.5.2021 के संशोधत िदशािनद श! (संल") के अनुसार, $ेीय िनदेशक क% &ज'मेदारी है िक वे अपने $े म आव*यकतानुसार HCOs (सरकारी/िनजी) के साथ समवय सुिन,त कर:   "Para B(4)- Tie up arrangement with Private Hospitals- Regional Directors including that of Delhi shall ensure necessary tie-up arrangement with CGHS/CSMA/State Govt approved Private Hospitals to ensure availability of all medical facilities including tertiary care to pensioners as per their entitlement in consultation with the M.S. of the nearest ESIC Hospital. If deemed necessary the tie up arrangement may also be done with hospitals other than CGHS/CSMA/State Govt approved Private Hospitals as per local requirement. The terms and conditions of tie up arrangements shall be similar to that of tie up arrangements made by CGHS for its beneficiaries.”   इस संबंध म, इस कायालय .ारा िदनांक 11.6.2025 को सभी $ेीय िनदेशक! को एक प जारी िकया गया था, &जसम यह िनद श िदया गया था िक वे अपने-अपने $े! म AIIMS/CGHS/CSMA/रा1य सरकार .ारा अनुमोिदत िनजी सं2थान! के साथ 2थानीय आव*यकता के अनुसार सूचीब5 करने के 6लए आव*यक कारवाई कर तािक ESIC-PMS लाभा8थय! को सम2या रिहत कैशलेस उपचार :दान िकया जा सके।   सभी नोडल अधका;रय! से अनुरोध है िक वे इस संबंध म अनुपालन ;रपोट :2तुत कर। साथ ही यह भी िनद श िदया जाता है िक सूचीब5 अ2पताल! क% सूची समय-समय पर (जब भी सूची म संशोधन हो) वेबसाइट पर अपलोड क% जाए, तािक सभी पशनभोिगय! को इसक% जानकारी िमल सके और यह सुिन,त िकया जाए िक उनक% पाता और $े क% 2थानीय आव*यकता के अनुसार सभी चिक>सा सुिवधाएं उपल?ध ह!।   यह स$म अधकारी के अनुमोदन से जारी िकया जाता है । D-12/17/05/2018-E-VI I/3381790/2025 संल"क: यथोपरी भवदीय, सहायक िनदेशक :त6लिप: 1.
