N-15011/8/2022-P&D िदनांक : 24.07.2025 परप / Circular िवषय:- कमचारी राय बीमा अधिनयम, 1948 क धारा 1 उपधारा 3 के अंतगत उरदेश राय के गैर अधसूचत बांदा "जले के सभी &े ' मे कमचारी राय बीमा अधिनयम के काया(वयन क अधसूचना संबंधी / Notification under sub section 3 of Section 1 of ESI Act in all the area of non-notified Banda district of Uttar Pradesh. उपरोक्त िवषय पर मं ालय +ारा भारत का राजप (असाधारण), भाग-II-ख.ड-3-उप-ख.ड(ii) म0 िदनांक 21.07.2025 को का1शत अधसूचना स का.आ. 3347 (अ) िदनांक 21 जुलाई, 2025 क त6लिप सूचनाथ संलग्न है। (गजट.आई.डी.स- CG-DL-E-22072025-264875) कमचारी राज्य बीमा अधिनयम, 1948 क धारा 1(3) के अंतगत उर देश राय के गैर अधसूचत बांदा "जले के सभी &े ' मे कमचारी राय बीमा अधिनयम के काया(वयन िदनांक 01.08.2025 से भावी होगा। Enclosed herewith is a copy of the notification no. S.O. 3347 (E) dated 21.07.2025 published in Gazette of India (Extraordinary), Part-II, Section-3, Sub-section (ii) on 21.07.2025 by Ministry of Labour & Employment for information.
