ESIC - HQ 1. उपरो+ अधका,रय- क( तदथ% पदो'त उनके अधशासी अभयंता (सिवल) के पद पर काय%भार .हण क( तथ से भावी मानी जाएगी। Ad-hoc Promotion of above officers will be effective from the date of assumption of charge to the promoted post of Executive Engineer (Civil). 2. उपरो+ अधका,रय- क( तदथ% पदो'त क( अवध एक वष% अथवा िनयिमत पदधारी क( िनयुि+, जो भी पहले हो, तक सीिमत होगी। The period of the ad-hoc promotion of above Officers will be limited to one year or till the joining of regular incumbent, whichever is earlier. 3. उपरो+ अधका,रय- 5ारा संबंधत .ेड/ संवग% म# तदथ% आधार पर दी गई सेवा क( अवध को न तो उस .ेड/ संवग% म# व,र9ता के लए और न ही अगले उ;तर .ेड म# पदो'त क( पा<ता के लए गणना म# लया जाएगा । The period of service rendered by above officers on ad-hoc basis in the grade/cadre shall neither be counted for seniority in the grade/cadre, nor for eligibility for promotion to the next higher grade.
