फाइल संया : No. Z-11011/9/2024-MED-VI (ई-849968) (Med.-7) िदनांक : 12.03.2026 परप / Circular Sub: Seeking options through online module from Nursing Cadre Officers ( drawing pay levels corresponding to Group ‘A’ & ‘B’ officers in Central Government ) of ESI Corporation for Annual General Transfer 2026 - reg. (1) Attention of all Nursing Cadre Officials ( drawing pay levels corresponding to Group ‘A’ & ‘B’ officers in Central Government ) in the Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) is drawn to the transfer/posting policy issued vide Hqrs.' letter number Z-11011/9/2024-MED-VI (Comp. No. 849968), dated 17.12.2024. This policy outlines a portal-based online mechanism for submitting the order of preference, by the Nursing Cadre Officials. (2) All the Nursing Cadre Officials, except those who were transferred vide AGT- 2025, ‘One Time Transfer Option’ and newly recruited Nursing Officers and not fulfilling the eligibility criteria as per above mentioned transfer policy dated 17.12.2024, are advised to fill online preference for transfer/posting. Further, it is mandatory for those Nursing Officers who are completing maximum tenure as per transfer policy, to fill up the online options in the online module in ERP. In case no preference is submitted within the stipulated period, transfer/posting will be considered as per administrative and functional requirements in accordance with the Transfer Policy. (3) The online portal will remain active from 12.03.2026 to 17.03.2026 for all concerned officials to submit their requests. (4) Thereafter, the concerned Heads of Offices (HOOs)/Controlling Officers shall duly verify and forward the online requests in accordance with the provisions of the transfer policy by 5:00 PM on 21.03.2026 without fail to facilitate timely action by the Headquarters' Office. (5) In case of any technical issues in the ‘Transfer Module', officials should contact IT Helpdesk / ICT division from his/her official email, attach a screenshot of the issue, and request directly from IT Helpdesk & ICT Division Hqrs, for resolution within the portal's active period (6) As per clause 5(f) of the transfer/posting policy dated 17.12.2024, physical applications, screenshots of online submissions, emails, etc., will not be accepted. The Heads of Offices must ensure strict compliance and refrain from forwarding any applications in physical or email form.
