Madam/Sir,

In continuation of this office letter of even No. dated 15/01/2026 wherein a New Sports Policy was issued for ESIC MSPs , it is clarified that with reference to point No. 19 (b) of the said Policy, the disciplines of Archery, Table Tennis and Badminton shall also qualify as Team events/games in their respective categories i.e. Singles, Doubles and Mixed doubles, for consideration of grant of full day exemption from office for practice/training for the entire year, subject to meeting necessary eligibility/ criteria as mentioned in the ibid letter dated 15/01/2026.

This issues with the approval of the Director General.
