All Deans of ESIC Medical Institutions Subject: Status for Establishment of Unipole in premises of Offices/Hospital/Medical College & Hospitals owned by ESIC -reg. Madam/Sir, Please refer letter of even no. dated 01.06.2023 on the above mentioned subject (copy enclosed), whereby, it was directed to get Unipoles erected/established at suitable place in the ESIC owned premises of R.Os/S.R.Os/Hospitals/MCHs for awareness & publicity about various benefits available under ESI Scheme. In connection, it has also been observed that, despite the issuance of reminders, many offices and hospitals have not taken any action in this regard. It is, therefore requested to kindly provide current status of establishing the Unipole within one week in following format for submission before Director General. Name of Office Whether Unipole erected or not If, Unipole not erected, reason for the same If not established yet, tentative date by when the unipole will be erected     This has the approval of the Competent Authority.
