The national target under the SPREE campaign is to bring 2.5 crore employees under ESI coverage during the aforesaid period. However, as the SPREE period is now nearing its conclusion, it is observed that the stipulated target has not yet been achieved. In this context, the Competent Authority has directed that all possible efforts be intensified to achieve the prescribed targets within the remaining campaign period. Accordingly, Field Offices are advised to work with utmost dedication and urgency, including deployment of staff on Saturdays and Sundays also to maximize registrations and outreach activities. All RO/ SROs are requested to treat this matter as most urgent and ensure proactive field-level engagement, coordination with stakeholders, and effective utilization of available resources for successful completion of the SPREE campaign. This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority. Yours faithfully (Rakesh Roshan) Dy. Director(Rev.)
