With this announcement, the Model Code of Conduct has come into effect. In this regard, the detailed guideline on the Model Code of Conduct has been issued by Election Commission of India vide letter No. 43T16lLllNST|ECI/FUNCT/MCC/2025 dated 06.10.2025 (copy enclosed) and Application of Model Code of Conduct vide letter No. 437I6/1/INST/ECI/FUNCI/MCC/2025 dated 06.10.2025 (copy enclosed).
