Dean(s), all ESIC Medical Colleges and Hospitals Subject: -ZTNA Rollout – Clarification Regarding Completion, Reporting & Validity of Compliance Certificates. Respected Sir/Madam, In reference to the ongoing ZTNA rollout exercise and in order to ensure the timely implementation of ZTNA framework across all field units, the competent authority has directed that the following points be strictly complied with: 1. Exclusion of Non-Eligible Systems: Systems not meeting the minimum requirement (e.g., older/assembled machines with only 4 GB RAM) are to be excluded from the first phase of the ZTNA rollout. Such systems must be distinctly flagged in the tracker. 2. List of Obsolete Devices: A consolidated list of obsolete PCs and printers is to be prepared and should be forwarded to ICT branch HQ. 3. Compliance Certificates: Only complete compliance certificates, reflecting 100% coverage of eligible systems, will be accepted. Units submitting the incomplete/provisional compliance certificates will be required to resubmit the corrected compliance certificate. This issues with the approval of the competent authority. Yours sincerely, Rounak Singh Deputy Director (ICT) I-11015/2/2024-ICT-Part(1) I/3007448/2025
