Subject: Appointment of Designated Officer for Central Licensing of Western Region, FSSAI under Section 36 of FSS Act, 2006 –regd.
In pursuance of Section 36 of the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006, read with Section 1.2.1 (1) of Food Safety and Standards (Licensing and Registration of Food Businesses) Regulations 2011, the under-mentioned officers are hereby appointed as Designated Officers under Central Licensing of Western Region for the area of Jurisdictions mentioned against their names, until further orders:
