Subject: Appointment of Designated Officer for Central
Licensing under Section 36 of FSS Act, 2006–regd.
In partial modification of the order Office Order dated 07
August, 2025 and in pursuance of Section 36 of the Food Safety
and Standards Act, 2006, read with Section 1.2.1 (1) of Food Safety
and Standards (Licensing and Registration of Food Businesses)
Regulations 2011, the under-mentioned officers are hereby
appointed as Designated Officers under Central Licensing for the
area of jurisdiction mentioned against their names, until further
