फा. सं. आरसीडी-15001/4/2021-विनियामक-भाखासुमाप्रा-पार्ट(1).— खाद्य सुरक्षा और मानक अधिनियम, 2006 (2006 का 34) की धारा 10 की उपधारा 5 के साथ पठित धारा 37 के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारतीय खाद्य सुरक्षा और मानक प्राधिकरण 2 सितम्बर, 2021 को भारत के राजपत्र असाधारण, भाग III, खंड 4 में प्रकाशित मूल अधिसूचना में संशोधन कर एतद्द्वारा निम्न अधिकारियों को खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिकारी के रूप में उनके नाम के सम्मुख उल्लेखित क्षेत्र के लिए इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तिथि से अधिसूचित करता है:-
तालिका में,
(1) क्रम संख्या 7 में, अधिकार क्षेत्र से सम्बंधित स्तम्भ ‘3’ में, वर्तमान शब्दों के पश्चात, ‘और मुम्बई हवाईअड्डा’ शब्दों को रखा जाएगा;
(2) क्रम संख्या 11 में, अधिकार क्षेत्र से सम्बंधित स्तम्भ ‘3’ में, वर्तमान शब्दों के पश्चात, ‘और मुम्बई हवाईअड्डा’ शब्दों को रखा जाएगा;
(3) क्रम संख्या 44 में, अधिकार क्षेत्र से सम्बंधित स्तम्भ ‘3’ में, वर्तमान शब्दों के पश्चात, ‘और दिल्ली हवाईअड्डा’ शब्दों को रखा जाएगा;
(4) क्रम संख्या 52 में, अधिकार क्षेत्र से सम्बंधित स्तम्भ ‘3’ में, वर्तमान शब्दों के पश्चात, ‘और चेन्नई हवाईअड्डा’ शब्दों को रखा जाएगा;
(5) क्रम संख्या 72 में, अधिकार क्षेत्र से सम्बंधित स्तम्भ ‘3’ में, वर्तमान शब्दों के पश्चात, ‘और कोलकाता हवाईअड्डा’ शब्दों को रखा जाएगा;

टिप्पण- मूल अधिसूचना भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग III, खंड 4 में फा.सं. आरसीडी-15001/4/2021-विनियामक-भाखासुमाप्रा., तारीख 2 सितम्बर, 2021 द्वारा प्रकाशित की गई थी और तत्पश्चात अंतिम बार अधिसूचना संख्या फा.सं.आरसीडी-15001/4/2021-विनियामक-भाखासुमाप्रा-पार्ट(1), दिनांक 29 अगस्त 2025 द्वारा संशोधित की गई थी।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 6th April, 2026
F. No. RCD-15001/4/2021-Regulatory-FSSAI-part(1).— In exercise of the powers conferred under Sub-Section 5 of Section 10 read with Section 37 of the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 (34 of 2006), the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India hereby notifies the following officers as Central Food Safety Officers for the area mentioned against each with effect from the date of publication of this notification by amending the principal notification, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part III, Section 4 dated the 2nd September, 2021:-
In the table;
(1) against Sr. no. 7 , in column ‘3’ relating to ‘Area of Jurisdiction’, after the existing words, the words ‘and Mumbai Airport’ shall be inserted;
(2) against Sr. no. 11 , in column ‘3’ relating to ‘Area of Jurisdiction’, after the existing words, the words ‘and Mumbai Airport’ shall be inserted;
(3) against Sr. no. 44 , in column ‘3’ relating to ‘Area of Jurisdiction’, after the existing words, the words ‘and Delhi Airport’ shall be inserted;
(4) against Sr. no. 52 , in column ‘3’ relating to ‘Area of Jurisdiction’, after the existing words, the words ‘and Chennai Airport’ shall be inserted;
(5) against Sr. no. 72 , in column ‘3’ relating to ‘Area of Jurisdiction’, after the existing words, the words ‘and Kolkata Airport’ shall be inserted;
