नई दिल्ली, 10 फरवरी, 2026

फा.सं. आरसीडी-15001/21/2025-विनियामक-एफएसएसएआई.–खाद्य सुरक्षा और मानक अधिनियम, 2006 (2006 का 34) की धारा 10 की उपधारा 5 के साथ पठित धारा 37 के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारतीय खाद्य सुरक्षा और मानक प्राधिकरण 2 जुलाई, 2025 को भारत के राजपत्र असाधारण, भाग III, खंड 4 में प्रकाशित मूल अधिसूचना में संशोधन कर एतद्द्वारा निम्न अधिकारियों को खाद्य संरक्षा अधिकारी के रूप में फोर्टिफाइड राइस कर्नल के लिए इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तिथि से अधिसूचित करती है:-

तालिका में, क्र. सं. 369 के पश्चात, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियों को रखा जाएगा, अर्थात:-

राजित पुनहानी, मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी [विज्ञापन-III/4/असा./680/2025-26]

टिप्पण- मूल अधिसूचना भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग III, खंड 4 में फा.सं. आईईसी-34011/1/2021-आईईसी-एफएसएसएआई-भाग (8) ,तारीख 2 जुलाई, 2025 द्वारा प्रकाशित की गई थी और तत्पश्चात अंतिम बार अधिसूचना संख्या फा.सं. आरसीडी-15001/21/2025-विनियामक-एफएसएसएआई तारीख 8 जनवरी, 2026 द्वारा संशोधित की गई थी।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 10th February, 2026

**F. No. RCD-15001/21/2025-Regulatory-FSSAI.––**In exercise of the powers conferred under Sub-Section 5 of Section 10 read with Section 37 of the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 (34 of 2006), the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India hereby notifies the following officers as Food Safety Officers for the Fortified Rice Kernel with effect from the date of publication in this notification by amending the principal notification, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part III, Section 4 dated the 2nd July, 2025:-

In the table, after Sr. no. 369, the following entries shall be inserted, namely,-

RAJIT PUNHANI, Chief Executive Officer [ADVT.-III/4/Exty./680/2025-26]

Note: The principal notification was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part III, Section 4 vide F. No. IEC-34011/1/2021-IEC-FSSAI-Part(8), dated the 2nd July, 2025 and subsequently last amended vide notification numbers F. No. RCD-15001/21/2025-Regulatory-FSSAI dated 8th January, 2026.
