विषय: मोटर यान (संशोधन) अधिनियम, 2019 को ध्यान में रखते हुए एमओआरटीएच अधिसूचनाओं का अनुपालन Subject: Compliance with MoRTH notifications in view of the Motor Vehicles (Amendment) Act, 2019

मोटर यान (संशोधन) अधिनियम, 2019 में किए गए संशोधनों को ध्यान में रखते हुए, सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय (एमओआरटीएच) ने 25 फरवरी, 2022 को निम्नलिखित राजपत्र अधिसूचनाएं प्रकाशित की हैं। In view of the amendments carried out in the Motor Vehicles (Amendment) Act, 2019, Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH) has published following gazette notifications on 25th February, 2022.

क. जी.एस.आर. 162 (ई) - केंद्रीय मोटर यान (मोटर यान दुर्घटना निधि) नियम, 2022 A. G.S.R. 162 (E) - Central Motor Vehicles (Motor Vehicle Accident Fund) Rules, 2022

ख. जी.एस.आर. 163 (ई) - टक्कर मार कर भागना मोटर यान दुर्घटना पीड़ित प्रतिकार स्कीम, 2022 B. G.S.R. 163 (E) - Compensation to Victims of Hit and Run Motor Accidents Scheme, 2022

ग. जी.एस.आर. 164 (ई) - केंद्रीय मोटर यान (पांचवां संशोधन) नियम, 2022 - मोटर यान दुर्घटनाओं के अन्वेषण की प्रक्रिया C. G.S.R. 164 (E) - Central Motor Vehicles (Fifth Amendment) Rules, 2022 – Procedure for Investigation of Motor Vehicle Accidents

मोटर बीमा व्यवसाय करने वाले सभी साधारण बीमाकर्ताओं को अपनी भूमिका और जिम्मेदारियों को नोट करेंगे और उपर्युक्त अधिसूचनाओं के प्रावधानों का कड़ाई से पालन करेंगे। उपर्युक्त अधिसूचनाओं में निर्धारित प्रक्रियाओं के सुचारू कार्यान्वयन के लिए बीमाकर्ताओं द्वारा आवश्यक व्यवस्थाएं की जानी चाहिए। All the General Insurers, carrying on Motor Insurance business, shall note their roles and responsibilities and strictly comply with the provisions of the above notifications. Necessary arrangements be made by the insurers for the smooth implementation of the procedures laid down in the above cited notifications.
