The following shall replace the provisions applicable for Fund of Funds (FoF) mentioned in 1.5.3 1.5.3 (क) उन एआईएफ में शनर्वेि की अनुमशि नहीं है जो लाभ उठािे हैं या दैनंशदन पररचालनात्मक आर्वश्यकिाओं को पूरा करने और सेबी (र्वैकस्ट्िक शनर्वेि शनशि) शर्वशनयम 2012 के अंिगभि यथा अनुमेय के अलार्वा, उिाररयां लेिे हैं। (a) No investment is permitted into AIFs which undertake leverage or borrowing other than to meet day-to-day operational requirements and as permitted under SEBI (Alternative Investment Funds) Regulations, 2012. (ख) बीमाकिाभ, केर्वल उन्ीं शनशियों की शनशि (एफओएफ) में शनर्वेि करेगा जो बीमा अशिशनयम 1938 के अनुच्छेद 27 ई की ििो का पालन करिी हैं। (b) Insurer shall invest only into Fund of Funds (FoF) which comply requirement of Section 27E of the Insurance Act, 1938. (ग) बीमाकिाभ, ऐसे एफओएफ को उन एआईएफ में, जो शर्वदेिी कंपशनयााँ/शनशियों में शनर्वेि करिे हैं, में शनर्वेि करने से प्रशिबंशिि करने के शलए एफओएफ द्वारा शनष्पाशदि शनशि प्रस्तार्व दस्तार्वेजों में एक िारा द्वारा अनुच्छेद 27ई का पालन सुशनशिि करेगा। (c) Insurer shall ensure compliance with Section 27E by a clause in the Fund Offer Documents executed by FoF to restrain such FoF investing into AIFs which invest in overseas companies/funds. (घ) कोई बीमाकिाभ शकसी ऐसे एआईएफ में शनर्वेि नहीं करेगा जो उस शनर्वेि को एफओएफ में शनर्वेि करिा है शजसमें बीमाकिाभ ने शनर्वेि शकया हुआ है। (d) No Insurer shall invest in an AIF, which in turn has exposure to a FoF, in which the Insurer has taken an exposure. सर्वे सं. 115/1, फाइनंशियल शिस्ट्रिक्ट, नानकरामगुिा, हैदराबाद - 500032 Survey No. 115/1, Financial District, Nanakramguda, Hyderabad 500 032 दूरभाष Phone: 040-20204000; www.irdai.gov.in (ि.) बीमाकिाभ, शिमाही आिार पर, उपरोक्त ििो के अनुपालन के संबंि में समर्विी लेखा परीक्षक द्वारा जारी प्रमाण-पत्र प्राप्त करे और शिमाही सार्वशिक शर्वर्वरशणयों के साथ फाइल करे। (e) The Insurer on a quarterly basis, obtain a certificate issued by the Concurrent Auditor on the compliance of the above conditions and file the same along with quarterly periodical returns.” हस्ताक्षरिर् / Sd/- (एस एि जयनसम्हि / SN Jayasimhan) (नवभागाध्यक्ष - निवेश / HOD - Investments)
