It aims at eliminating or minimising the use of physical documents and will enhance effectiveness of service delivery, making these hassle free and friendly for the citizens. 2. बीमा क्षेत् में शिशजलॉकर लागिरं में कमी लायेगा, पॉशलसी की प्रशि के न शमलने से संबंशिि ग्राहकरं की शिकायिरं कर समाप्त करने, बीमा सेर्वाओं में आमूलचूल सुिार, दार्वरं के त्वररि संसािन और शनपटान, शर्वर्वादरं में कमी, िरखािड़ी में कमी और ग्राहक से संपकभ करने की क्षमिा में सुिार लाएगा। समग्र रूप से, यह आिा की जािी है शक यह ग्राहक के अनुभर्व कर बेहिर बनाने की राह प्रिस्त करेगा। In the insurance sector, Digilocker will drive reduction in costs, elimination of customer complaints relating to non-delivery of policy copy, improved turnaround time of insurance services, faster claims processing and settlement, reduction in disputes, reduction in fraud and improvement in customer contactability. On the whole it is expected that it will lead to better customer experience. 3. बीमा क्षेत् में शिशजलॉकर कर अपनाये जाने कर प्ररत्साशहि करने के शलए प्राशिकरण सभी बीमाकिाभओं कर परामिभ देिा है शक र्वे सूचना प्रौद्यरशगकी प्रणाशलयरं कर इस लायक बनाये शक र्वे शिशजलॉकर सुशर्विा के साथ परस्पर िालमेल द्वारा पॉशलसी िारकरं कर, शिशजलॉकर का इस्तेमाल कर अपने सभी पॉशलसी दस्तार्वेजरं कर संभाल कर रख सकने यरग्य बनाये। In order to promote the adoption of Digilocker in the insurance sector, the Authority advises all insurers to enable their IT systems to interact with Digilocker facility to enable policy holders to use Digilocker for preserving all their policy documents. सर्वे सं. 115/1, फाइनंशियल शिस्ट्रिक्ट, नानकरामगुिा, हैदराबाद - 500032 Survey No. 115/1, Financial District, Nanakramguda, Hyderabad 500 032 दूरभाष Phone: 040-20204000; www.irdai.gov.in 4. बीमाकिाभओं कर अपने खुदरा पॉशलसी िारकरं कर शिशजलॉकर और उसके इस्तेमाल के बारे में बिाना चाशहए। बीमाकिाभओं कर यह भी सलाह दी जािी है शक र्वे इस प्रशक्रया कर इिना सक्षम बनायें शक पॉशलसी िारक अपनी पॉशलशसयााँ शिशजलॉकर में रख सकें। The insurers should inform their retail policy holders about Digilocker and how to use it. Insurers are also advised to enable the process by which the policy holders can place their policies in the digilocker. 5. इलेक्टिॉशनक्स एर्वं सूचना प्रौद्यरशगकी मंत्ालय के अंिगभि एनईजीिी (राष्ट्िीय ई-गर्वनेन्स संभाग) में शिशजलॉकर दल, शिशजलॉकर कर अपनाने कर सुशर्विाजनक बनाने के शलए आर्वश्यक िकनीकी मागभदिभन और प्रचालन-िन्त्र सहयरग उपलब्ध करायेगा। एनईजीिी में शर्विेषज्रं के संपकभ-शर्वर्वरण और ज्ानप्रास्ट्प्त दस्तार्वेज संशक्षप्त रूप में संलग्न है। Digilocker team in NeGD (National e-Governance Division) under Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology shall provide necessary technical guidance and logistic support to facilitate adoption of Digilocker. Alamelu सदस्य (वितिण) / Member (Distribution) Annexure-1 Implementation of Oigilocker in Government Departments for Citizen Centric Services This shall be applicable to all Ministries, Departments their attached and subordinate organizations I Autonomous/statutory bodies, Government agencies, educational institutions etc. which would use Digilocker as an issuer, requester and verifier (known as subscriber). Departments concerned shall register themselves as mentioned below and may refer the technical documents for the integration of their services with Digilocker. I.
