पृष्ठ/ P a g e 1 | 2 परिपत्र सं. आईआिडीएआई/एसीटीएल/सीआईआि/पीआिओ/135/06/2023 Cir No. IRDAI/ACTL/CIR/PRO/135/06/2023 दिन ंक / Date: 20.06.2023 परिपत्र Circular प्रदि / To, सभी जीवन बीम कि ा / All Life Insurers विषयः जीिन बीमा उत्पाद ों के विए “यूज़ एण्ड फाइि” प्रविया Subject: “Use and File” Procedure for Life Insurance Products संिभाः (क) आईआिडीएआई/एसीटीएल/सीआईआि/पीआिओ/081/3/2023 दिन ंदकि 31 म र्ा 2023 Ref: (a) IRDAI/ACTL/CIR/PRO/081/3/2023 dated 31st March 2023 (ख) आईआिडीएआई/एसीटीएल/सीआईआि/पीआिओ/207/10/2022 दिन ंदकि 4 अक्टूबि 2022 (b) IRDAI/ACTL/CIR/PRO/207/10/2022 dated 4th October 2022 1. यह परिपत्र बीम दवदनय मक औि दवक स प्र दिकिण अदिदनयम, 1999 की ि ि 14 (2) (ङ) द्व ि प्रित्त शक्तियों क प्रयोग कििे हुए ज िी दकय ज िह है। This circular is being issued in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 14 (2) (e) of the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority Act,1999. 2. उद्योग से प्र प्त प्रदिसूर्न के आि ि पि िथ बीम उद्योग द्व ि बीम व्य पन के संविान को सुस ध्य बन ने के दलए विाम न यूज़ एण्ड फ इल प्रदिय के ि यिे क आगे औि दवस्त ि किने क दनणाय दलय गय है। Based on the feedback from Industry and in order to facilitate the insurance industry to promote insurance penetration, it has been decided to further expand the scope of current Use and File procedure. 3. जीवन बीम व्यवस य के दलए उत्प िों/ि इडिों की फ इदलंग संबंिी परिपत्र संिभा सं. आईआिडीएआई/एसीटीएल/सीआईआि/पीआिओ/207/10/2022 दिन ंक 4 अिूबि 2022 क आंदशक आशोिन कििे हुए दनम्नदलक्तखि आशोिन दकये गये हैं : In partial modification of Circular on filing of products/Riders for Life Insurance Business issued vide Ref no. IRDAI/ACTL/CIR/PRO/207/10/2022 dated 4th October 2022 the following modifications are made: 3.1 अध्याय I के खोंड ख के पैिा सों. 10.4 क वनम्नविखखत से प्रवतस्थावपत वकया गया हैः वैयक्तिक औि स मूदहक यूदनट-सहबद्ध जीवन औि स्व स्थ्य बीम उत्प ि। Para No. 10.4 of Section B of Chapter I is substituted with: Individual & Group unit-linked life & health insurance products. पृष्ठ/ P a g e 2 | 2 3.2 अध्याय I के खोंड ख के पैिा 10.9 के बाद नया पैिा 10.10 ज ड़ वदया गया है: दमदिि (क म्बी) उत्प ि, जह ाँ जीवन बीम कि ा अग्रणी बीम कि ा है औि ऐसे दमदिि (क म्बी) उत्प ि विाम न म निंडों क अनुप लन किेंगे। New para 10.10 added after para 10.9 of Section B of Chapter I: Combi products, where life insurer is a lead insurer and such Combi products shall comply with the extant norms. 3.3 अध्याय I के खोंड ख के पैिा 11.3.2 के बाद नया पैिा 11.3.3 ज ड़ वदया गया है: विाम न एसएफआईएन मंजूिी प्रदिय सम प्त की गई है। िथ दप, बीम कि ा दनवेश म स्टि परिपत्र संिभाः आईआिडीएआई/एफ&आई/सीआईआि/आईएनवी/226/10/2022 दिन ंक 27.10.2022 के पैि -4.15 (क) (1) (2) औि (3) के उपबंिों क अनुप लन किेंगे दजनमें अन्य ब िों के स थ-स थ प्रत्येक दवयोदजि दनदि, एवं यूदलप के एयूएम पि समय-समय पि यथ संशोदिि आईआिडीएआई (दनवेश) दवदनयम, 2016 के दवदनयम 9 के अनुस ि सभी दववेकपूणा औि एक्सपोज़ि म निंड दनदहि हैं। New para 11.3.3 added after para 11.3.2 of Section B of Chapter I: The current SFIN clearance process by IRDAI is dispensed with. However, insurers shall comply with the provisions of Para - 4.15 (a) (1) (2) and (3) of the Investment Master Circular Ref: IRDA/F&I/CIR/INV/226/10/2022 dated 27.10.2022 which contains among others all prudential and exposure norms as per Regulation 9 of IRDAI (Investment) Regulations, 2016 as amended from time to time at each segregated fund, as well as AUM of ULIP. 3.4 अध्याय I के खोंड ग के पैिा 14.7 के बाद नया पैिा 14.8 ज ड़ वदया गया हैः विाम न यूदनट सहबद्ध उत्प िों के स थ नई यूदनट सहबद्ध दनदियों क संयोजन। इस व क् ंश के अंिगाि अनुमि आशोिन अध्य य I के खंड ख के पैि 11.3.3 क अनुप लन किेंगे, जैस दक उपयुाि पैि 3.3 के अंिगाि उल्लेख दकय गय है। एक ब ि उि नई दनदि(दनदिय ाँ) विाम न अथव नये यूदनट सहबद्ध उत्प ि(िों) के स थ संयोदजि की ज िी है/हैं, िो उि दनदि(दनदियों) को परिपत्र दिन ंक 04.10.2022 के पैि 15.4 के प्रयोजन के दलए अनुविी यूदनट सहबद्ध उत्प िों हेिु विाम न दनदि(यों) के रूप में म न ज एग । New para 14.8 added after para 14.7 of Section C of Chapter I: Addition of new unit linked funds to existing unit linked products. The modifications permitted under this clause shall comply with Para 11.3.3 of Section B of Chapter I, as mentioned under Para-3.3 above.
