(1) इन जनर्मों का संजक्षप्त नाम जिजनधानकताय जिक्षा और संरक्षण जनजध प्राजधकरण (लेखा, संपरीक्षा, अंतरण और प्रजतिार्) संिोधन जनर्म, 2024 है। (2) र्े जनर्म रािपत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रिृत्त होंगे। 2. जिजनधानकताय जिक्षा और संरक्षण जनजध प्राजधकरण (लेखा, संपरीक्षा, अंतरण और प्रजतिार्) जनर्म, 2016 (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उि जनर्म कहा गर्ा है) में- (क) "आईईपीएफ-3", अक्षरों और अंकों के स्ट्थान पर, िहााँ कहीं िे आते हैं, के स्ट्थान पर "आईईपीएफ-4", अक्षर और अंक रखे िाएंगे; सं. 377] नई दिल्ली, मंगलिार , िुलाई 16, 2024/आषाढ 25, 1946 No. 377] NEW DELHI, TUESDAY, JULY 16, 2024/ASHADHA 25, 1946 सी.जी.-डी.एल.-अ.-17072024-255509 CG-DL-E-17072024-255509 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] (ख) "आईईपीएफ-7", अक्षरों और अंकों के स्ट्थान पर, िहााँ कहीं िे आते हैं, के स्ट्थान पर "आईईपीएफ -1", अक्षर और अंक रखे िाएंगे। 3. उि जनर्मों के जनर्म 6 में, - (क) उप-जनर्म (13) में,- (i) "आईईपीएफ प्राजधकरण द्वारा पंिाब नेिनल बैंक में खोले गए जिजनर्ियष्ट खाते में" िब्िों के स्ट्थान पर, "ऐसी राजि के िेर् होने की तारीख से तीस दिन की अिजध के भीतर प्राजधकरण को ऑनलाइन" िब्ि रखे िाएंगे। (ii) "र्थाजस्ट्थजत, प्रेषण की तारीख से तीस दिन के भीतर र्ा इन जनर्मों के प्रिृत्त होने की तारीख से तीस दिन के भीतर", िब्िों का लोप दकर्ा िाएगा। (ख) उप-जनर्म '13क' में,- (i) "पंिाब नेिनल बैंक के आईईपीएफ प्राजधकरण के जिजनर्ियष्ट खाते में" िब्िों के स्ट्थान पर, "िेर् होने की तारीख से तीस दिन की अिजध के भीतर प्राजधकरण को ऑनलाइन" िब्ि रखे िाएंगे। (ii) "र्थाजस्ट्थजत प्रेषण की तारीख से तीस दिन के भीतर र्ा जिजनधानकताय जिक्षा और संरक्षण जनजध प्राजधकरण (लेखा, संपरीक्षा, अंतरण और प्रजतिार्) तीसरा संिोधन जनर्म, 2021 के प्रितयन की तारीख से तीस दिन के भीतर", िब्िों का लोप दकर्ा िाएगा। 4. जनर्म 6क में, उपजनर्म (12) में- (क) "आईईपीएफ प्राजधकरण के पंिाब नेिनल बैंक के जिजिष्ट खाते में" िब्िों के स्ट्थान पर, "प्राजधकरण को ऑनलाइन" िब्ि रखे िाएंगे। (ख) "प्रेषण की तारीख के", िब्िों के स्ट्थान पर, "ऐसी राजि िो जनजध में िमा दकए िाने के जलए िेर् हो रही है" िब्ि रखे िाएंगे। 5. उि जनर्मों के प्ररूप आईईपीएफ-1, आईईपीएफ-1क, आईईपीएफ-2 के स्ट्थान पर, क्रमिः जनम्नजलजखत प्ररूप रखे िाएंगे, अथायत- [भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 "प्ररूप सं. आईईपीएफ-1 आईईपीएफ में िमा की गई राजि र्ा जनजध में अंतठरत िेर्रों के कारण राजिर्ों के अंतरण का जििरण [जिजनधानकताय जिक्षा और संरक्षण जनजध प्राजधकरण (लेखा, लेखापरीक्षा, हस्ट्तांतरण और प्रजतिार्) जनर्म, 2016 के जनर्म 5 (1), 6 (13), 6 (13क) और 6क (12) के अनुसरण में] प्ररूप भरने के जलए जनिेि दकट िेखें *में जचजननत सभी कॉलम अजनिार्य हैं *फाइल करने का उद्देश्र् आईईपीएफ में िमा राजिर्ों का जििरण जनजध में अंतठरत अंिों के कारण राजिर्ों के अंतरण का जििरण फाइल करने का उप उद्देश्र् धारा 124(6) के तहत हस्ट्तांतठरत िेर्रों पर धारा 90(9) के तहत हस्ट्तांतठरत िेर्रों पर कंपनी/बैंक सूचना 1. In the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), – (a) for the letters and figures, “IEPF-3”, wherever they occur, the letters and figures, “IEPF- 4”, shall be substituted; (b) for the letters and figures, “IEPF-7”, wherever they occur, the letters and figures, “IEPF- 1”, shall be substituted. 3. In rule 6 of the said rules, – (a) in sub- rule (13), – (i) for the words, “into the specified account of the IEPF Authority maintained in the Punjab National Bank”, the words “online to the Authority within a period of thirty days from the date such amount becomes due” shall be substituted; (ii) the words, “within thirty days from the date of remittance or within thirty days from the date of enforcement of these Rules, as the case may be” shall be omitted.
