नई दिल्ली, 10 फरवरी, 2026

का.आ. 707(अ).— केंद्रीय सरकार, कंपनी अधिनियम, 2013 (2013 का 18) की धारा 458 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, एतद्द्वारा संशोधन करती है, जो भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उप-खंड (ii) दिनांक 6 सितंबर, 2017 में प्रकाशित अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 2938 (अ) दिनांक 6 सितंबर, 2017 में संशोधन करती है, सिवाय उन कार्यों के जो ऐसे संशोधन से पहले किए गए थे या नहीं किए गए थे, अर्थात्:-

उक्त अधिसूचना में, “मुंबई, कोलकाता, चेन्नई, नई दिल्ली, अहमदाबाद, हैदराबाद और शिलांग में प्रादेशिक निदेशक” शब्दों के स्थान पर “अहमदाबाद, बंगलौर, चंडीगढ़, चेन्नई, गुवाहाटी, हैदराबाद, कोलकाता, मुंबई, नवी मुंबई और नई दिल्ली में प्रादेशिक निदेशक” शब्द रखे जाएंगे।

2. यह अधिसूचना 16 फरवरी, 2026 से प्रभावी होगी।

MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 10th February, 2026

S.O. 707(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 458 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs number S.O. 2938 (E) dated 6th September, 2017, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 6th September, 2017, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such amendment, namely:-

In the said notification, for the words “Regional Directors at Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, New Delhi, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad and Shillong”, the words “Regional Directors at Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chandigarh, Chennai, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and New Delhi” shall be substituted.

2. This notification shall come into force with effect from 16th day of February, 2026.
