Subject: Definition of SC/ST owned Public Limited Companies-reg.
In continuation to press release dated 25th June, 2013, the definition of SC/ST owned Public Limited Companies as:
In case of Public Limited Companies, at least 51% share shall be held by SC/ST entrepreneurs at any given point of time.
This issues with the approval of the Hon’ble Minister (MSME)
