का.आ. 2712(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार खादी और ग्रामोद्योग नियम, 2006 के नियम 3 और नियम 4 के साथ पठित खादी और ग्रामोद्योग आयोग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 61) की धारा 4 की उप-धारा (1) के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, और अधिसूचना संख्यांक का.आ. 1145 (अ) तारीख, 19 जुलाई, 2006 के अधीन अधिसूचित विद्यमान खादी और ग्रामोद्योग आयोग के पांच वर्ष की अवधि के पूरा होने के परिणामस्वरूप, आयोग को पुन:गठित करती है और इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से, खादी और ग्रामोद्योग आयोग के सदस्यों के रूप में निम्नलिखित व्यक्तियों को नियुक्त करती है, अर्थात् :-

I आंचलिक सदस्य

[खादी और ग्रामोद्योग अधिनियम, 1956 की धारा 4 की उप-धारा (2) का खंड (क)]

II विशेषज्ञ सदस्य

[धारा 4 की उप-धारा (2) का खंड (ख)]

III पदेन सदस्य

[खादी और ग्रामोद्योग आयोग अधिनियम, 1956 की धारा 4 की उप-धारा (2) का खंड (ख क), खंड (ग) और खंड (घ)]

11. अध्यक्ष, भारतीय स्टेट बैंक

12. मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी, खादी और ग्रामोद्योग आयोग

13. वित्तीय सलाहकार, खादी और ग्रामोद्योग आयोग

14. केन्द्रीय सरकार, खादी और ग्रामोद्योग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 61) की धारा 4 की उप-धारा (3) के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, श्री देवेन्द्र कुमार आर देसाई, सदस्य, खादी और ग्रामोद्योग आयोग को उक्त आयोग के अध्यक्ष के रूप में नियुक्त करती है।

15. खादी और ग्रामोद्योग आयोग, अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 61) की धारा 13 की उप-धारा (1) के उपबंधों के अनुसार, आयोग के सदस्य (पदेन सदस्यों को छोड़कर) केन्द्रीय सरकार के प्रसाद पर्यन्त पद धारण करेंगे, जो राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रारंभ होकर निरंतर पाँच वर्षों की अवधि से अधिक नहीं होगी।

MINISTRY OF MICRO, SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 28th November, 2011

S.O. 2712(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Khadi and Village Industries Commission Act, 1956 (61 of 1956), read with rules 3 and 4 of the Khadi and Village Industries Commission Rules, 2006, and consequent upon the expiry of the five years term of the existing Khadi and Village Industries Commission notified under notification No. S.O. 1145(E), dated the 19th July, 2006, the Central Government hereby re-establishes the Commission and appoints the following persons as members of the Khadi and Village Industries Commission, with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, namely:-

I. ZONAL MEMBERS:

[Clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 4 of Khadi and Village Industries Commission Act, 1956]

II. EXPERT MEMBERS:

[Clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 4]

III. EX-OFFICIO MEMBERS:

[Clauses (ba), (c) and (d) of sub-section (2) of section 4 of Khadi and Village Industries Commission, 1956]

(11) Chairman, State Bank of India (12) Chief Executive Officer, Khadi and Village Industries Commission (13) Financial Adviser, Khadi and Village Industries Commission

2. In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (3) of section 4 of the Khadi and Village Industries Commission Act, 1956 (61 of 1956), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Devendrakumar R Desai, Member, Khadi and Village Industries Commission, as Chairman of the said Commission.

3. In accordance with the provisions of sub-section (1) of section 13 of the Khadi and Village Industries Commission Act, 1956(61 of 1956), the members of the Commission (except the ex-officio members) shall hold office at the pleasure of the Central Government which shall not exceed a continuous period of five years commencing from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
