Sub: Representation filed by M/s Sanjay Industries, Korba, Chhattisgarh – decision to be taken by Grievance Cell- rescheduling of the meeting of the Grievance Cell -Reg.
This is in continuation of this office O.M. of even number dated the 26th March, 2015 vide which both the parties i.e. M/s Sanjay Industries, Korba, Chhattisgarh and the South Eastern Coalfields Ltd. Bilaspur were directed to appear before the grievance cell on 15th April, 2015.
In this context, it is informed that the representatives of M/s Sanjay Industry appeared before the Grievance Cell and presented their case. However, SECL vide e-mail dated 13th April, 2015 requested this office to postpone the meeting for another day citing the reason that they have to appear before the Hon'ble High Court, Bilaspur in another case.
In order to dispose of the case as per the directions of the Hon'ble High Court, Bilaspur within three months from the data of receipt of grievance from the MSE, it has been decided to hold the meeting of the Grievance Cell on 5th May, 2015 at 12.00 Noon in the Room No. 713, Nirman Bhawan, Delhi.
It may categorically be pointed out that in case, any of the party fails to appear before the Grievance Cell on the above date, the matter will be decided on facts made available to the Grievance Cell by the concerned parties.
