Subject: Updated contact details of Auditors to Audit the accuracy of Metering and Billing Systems of the service providers.
Sir,
Kindly refer to this office letter no. AU-4/1/4(1)/2023-QoS dated 23.02.2024 vide which the Authority conveyed the empaneled of nine Audit Agencies as auditor to audit the accuracy of metering & Billing system of service providers for a period of three years w.e.f. 22nd February 2024 for audit of FY 2024-25 and onwards in accordance with the Quality of Service (Code of Practice for Metering and Billing Accuracy) Regulation 2023 (03 of 2023) dated 11th September 2023.

In continuation to the above referred letter, kindly find the updated contact details of empaneled audit agencies attached at Annexure-I.
