Accommodation

11. Accommodation .- The President and Members shall have the option of claiming house rent allowance in accordance with the rates prescribed by the Central Government for Group “A” officers of equivalent grade pay or scale:

Proviso

Provided that they shall not be eligible for house rent allowance in case he is declared eligible for General Pool Residential Accommodation and occupy such a Government accommodation allotted to them.
