का.आ. 5563(अ).— दूरसंचार (दूरसंचार साइबर सुरक्षा) नियम, 2024 के नियम 10 के उप-नियम (1) के साथ पठित दूरसंचार अधिनियम, 2023 (2023 का 44) की धारा 53 के अनुसरण में, केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्द्वारा अधिनियम के डिजिटल कार्यान्वयन को सक्षम बनाने के लिए 'दूरसंचार ई-सेवा पोर्टल' को अधिसूचित करती है।

New Delhi, the 2nd December, 2025
S.O. 5563(E).— In pursuance of section 53 of the Telecommunications Act, 2023 (44 of 2023) read with sub-rule (1) of rule 10 of the Telecommunications (Telecom Cyber Security) Rules, 2024, the Central Government hereby notifies the ‘Telecom eServices Portal' to enable the digital implementation of the Act.
