सा.का.जन. 541(अ).— केंद्रीय सरकार, खान और खननज (निकास और निननयमन) अनिननयम, 1957 (1957 का
67) की िारा 9ग की उपिारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शनियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत के राजपत्र, असािारण, भाग 2, खंड 3,
उपखंड (i) में सा.का.नन. 633(अ), तारीख 14 अगस्त, 2015 द्वारा प्रकानशत भारत सरकार, खान मंत्रालय की अनिसूचना
में ननम्ननलनखत और संशोिन करती है, अर्ाात्:-
उि अनिसूचना में, पैरा 2 में, क्रम संख्या (i) और उससे संबंनित प्रनिनियों के स्र्ान पर ननम्ननलनखत प्रनिनियां रखी
जाएंगी, अर्ाात्:-
“(i) महाननदेशक, राष्ट्रीय खननज खोि न्यास- सदस्य सनचि, पदेन ;”।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 8th August, 2025
G.S.R. 541(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 9C of the Mines
and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (67 of 1957), the Central Government hereby makes
the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Mines
published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R.
633(E), dated the 14th August, 2015, namely:-
In the said notification, in paragraph II, for serial number (i) and the entries relating thereto, the
following entries shall be substituted, namely:-
“(i) Director General, National Mineral Exploration Trust - Member Secretary, ex officio;”.
