सा.का.जन. 791(अ).–– केन्द्रीय सरकार, कममचारी भजवष्य जनजध एवं प्रकीणम उपबंध अजधजनयम, 1952 (1952 का
19) की धारा 7 की उपधारा (1) के साथ पठित धारा 6क द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, कममचारी पेंिन स्ट्कीम,
1995 का और संिोधन करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत स्ट्कीम बनाती है, अथामत्:-
1. संजिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ (1)
इस स्ट्कीम का संजिप्त नाम कममचारी पेंिन (संिोधन) स्ट्कीम, 2025 है।
(2) यह 1 नवम्बर, 2025 को प्रवृत्त होगी और 30 अप्रैल, 2026 को प्रवतमन में नहीं रहेगी।
2. कममचारी पेंिन स्ट्कीम, 1995 के, पैरा 43-ख के पश्चात् जनम्नजलजखत पैरा अंतःस्ट्थाजपत दकया िाएगा, अथामत्:--
“43ग. कममचारी नामांकन अजभयान, 2025 के संबंध में जविेष उपबंध- वे अपवाि और उपांतरण जिनके अधीन रहते हुए
इस स्ट्कीम के उपबंध कममचारी नामांकन अजभयान, 2025 के अनुसार, ऐसे कममचाठरयों के संबंध में जिनकी सिस्ट्यता
कममचारी भजवष्य जनजध स्ट्कीम, 1952 के पैरा 82ख के अधीन घोजषत की गई है, जनम्नानुसार होंगे, अथामत्:-
पैरा 5 के, उप-पैरा (1) के पश्चात, जनम्नजलजखत सारणी अन्द्त:स्ट्थाजपत की िाएगी, अथामत्:--

एक सौ रुपए एकमुश्त, परन्द्तु तीन स्ट्कीमों अथामत् कममचारी भजवष्य जनजध
स्ट्कीम, 1952, कममचारी जनिेप सहबद्ध बीमा स्ट्कीम, 1976 और
कममचारी पेंिन स्ट्कीम, 1995 में से दकसी भी स्ट्कीम के अधीन कममचारी
नामांकन अजभयान, 2025 के जलए जविेष उपबंध के अधीन एक सौ रुपए
के भुगतान को इस सारणी के अधीन अपेिा के अनुपालन के रूप में माना
िाएगा”।”

1995 की सा.का.जन. संख्या 748 (अ), द्वारा प्रकाजित की गई थी और इसमें अंजतम संिोधन तारीख 14 िून, 2024 की
अजधसूचना संख्या सा.का.जन. 327 (अ) द्वारा दकया गया था।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 27th October, 2025
G.S.R. 791(E).––– In exercise of powers conferred by section 6A read with sub-section (1) of
section 7 of the Employees’ Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 (19 of 1952),
the Central Government hereby makes the following Scheme further to amend the Employees’
Pension Scheme, 1995, namely:––
1. Short title and commencement.— (1) This Scheme may be called the Employees’ Pension
(Amendment) Scheme, 2025.
(2) It shall come into force on the 1st day of November, 2025 and shall cease to operate on the
30th day of April, 2026.
2. In the Employees’ Pension Scheme, 1995, after paragraph 43-B, the following paragraph shall be
inserted, namely: ––
“43C. Special provision in respect of Employees' Enrolment Campaign, 2025. –– The
exceptions and modifications subject to which the provisions of this Scheme shall apply, in
relation to the employees’ whose membership have been declared under paragraph 82B of the
Employees’ Provident Funds Scheme, 1952, in accordance with the Employees' Enrolment
Campaign, 2025, shall be as follows, namely:––
In paragraph 5, after sub-paragraph (1), the following Table shall be inserted, namely:––

(Applicable for remittances in respect of valid declarations under Employees' Enrolment Campaign, 2025)

Between the 1st day of July, 2017 to
the 31st day of October, 2025.
One hundred rupees only lump sum, provided that payment of one
hundred rupees under the special provision for the Employees'
Enrolment Campaign, 2025 under any of the three Schemes i.e. the
Employees’ Provident Funds Scheme, 1952, the Employees’
Deposit Linked Insurance Scheme, 1976, the Employees’ Pension
Scheme, 1995 shall be construed as compliance to the requirement
under this Table”.”
