सा.का.जन. 802(अ).— केन्द्रीय सरकार केन्द्रीय ररिर्व पुजलस बल अजधजनयम, 1949, (1949 का 66) की धारा
18 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय ररिर्व पुजलस बल, उप-जनरीक्षक (सामान्द्य ड्यूटी),
सामान्द्य ड्यूटी काड़र, समूह 'ख' पि भती जनयम, 2025 में जनम्नजलजखत संिोधन करती है, अर्ावत :-
1.
संजक्षप्त नाम और प्रारंभ.- (1) इन जनयमों का संजक्षप्त नाम केन्द्रीय ररिर्व पुजलस बल, उप जनरीक्षक
(सामान्द्य ड्यूटी), सामान्द्य ड्यूटी काडर, समूह 'ख' पि भती (संिोधन) जनयम, 2025 है।
(2)
ये, रािपत्र में इनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रर्ृत्त होंगे।

केन्द्रीय ररिर्व पुजलस बल में उप जनरीक्षक (सामान्द्य ड्यूटी) सामान्द्य ड्यूटी काडर समूह 'ख' पि भती जनयम,
2025, की अनुसूची में.-
(i) स्ट्तंभ (5) में, "लागू नहीं होता" िब्िों के स्ट्र्ान पर, "चयन" िब्ि रखा िाएगा।";

(ii) स्ट्तंभ (7) में, जर्धमान प्रजर्जियों के स्ट्र्ान पर, जनम्नजलजखत प्रजर्जियााँ रखी िाएाँगी,
अर्ावतः-
“अजनर्ायव अहवताः
दकसी मान्द्यता प्राप्त जर्श्वजर्धालय से स्नातक की जडग्री और भूतपूर्व सैजनकों के मामले में समतुल्य सैन्द्य योग्यता
आर्श्यक है।
रटप्पणः भती के जलए िारीररक और जचदकत्सा मानक समय समय पर केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा जर्जहत योिना के
अनुसार लागू होंगे।
र्ांछनीय अहवता:
राष्ट्रीय कैडेट कोर 'बी' या राष्ट्रीय कैडेट कोर 'सी' प्रमाण पत्र या उत्कृि खेल या एर्लेरटक्स प्रमाण पत्र।
रटप्पण 1 :- अहवताएं, अन्द्यर्ा सुअर्हवत अभ्यार्र्वयों की ििा में कमवचारी चयन आयोग के जर्र्ेकानुसार जिजर्ल की
िा सकती है।
रटप्पण 2 :- अनुभर् संबंधी अहवताएं, कमवचारी चयन आयोग के जर्र्ेकानुसार अनुसूजचत िाजतयों और अनुसूजचत
िनिाजतयों के अभ्यर्र्वयों की ििा में तब जिजर्ल की िा सकती हैं िब चयन के दकसी प्रक्रम पर
कमवचारी चयन आयोग की यह राय है दक उनके जलए आरजक्षत ररजियों को भरने के जलए अपेजक्षत
अनुभर् रखने र्ाले उन समुिायों के अभ्यार्र्वयों के पयावप्त संख्या में उपलब्ध होने की सम्भार्ना नहीं हैं।
(iii) स्ट्तंभ (9) में, जर्धमान प्रजर्जियों के स्ट्र्ान पर, जनम्नजलजखत प्रजर्जियााँ रखी िाएंगी, अर्ावतः-
"िो र्र्व।
रटप्पणः केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा जर्जहत पररर्ीक्षा अर्जध को सफलतापूर्वक पूरा करने के जलए, सीधे भती होने र्ाले
अभ्यर्र्वयों के जलए, कम से कम िो सप्ताह का आज्ञापक प्रर्ेि प्रजिक्षण होगा।"
(iv) स्ट्तंभ (10) में, जर्धमान प्रजर्जियों के स्ट्र्ान पर, जनम्नजलजखत प्रजर्जियााँ प्रजतस्ट्र्ाजपत की िाएंगी,
अर्ावतः-
"(i) कमवचारी चयन आयोग के माध्यम से तेतीस प्रजतित सीधी भती द्वारा;
(ii) पचास प्रजतित प्रोन्नजत द्वारा ; और
(iii) सीजमत जर्भागीय प्रजतयोगी परीक्षा द्वारा सत्रह प्रजतित, जिसके न हो सकने पर प्रोन्नजत द्वारा।";

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 29th October, 2025
G.S.R. 802(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 18 of Central Reserve
Police Force Act, 1949 (66 of 1949), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the Central
Reserve Police Force, Sub-Inspector (General Duty), General Duty Cadre, Group ‘B’ Post Recruitment Rules, 2025,
namely:-
1.
Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Central Reserve Police Force, Sub-
Inspector (General Duty), General Duty Cadre, Group ‘B’ Post Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2025.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

In the Central Reserve Police Force, Sub-Inspector (General Duty), General Duty Cadre, Group ‘B’ Post
Recruitment Rules, 2025, in the Schedule,-
(i)
in column (5), for the words “Not applicable”, the word “Selection” shall be substituted.”;
(ii)
in column (7), for the existing entries, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-
“Essential qualification:
Degree in graduation from a recognised University and in the case of ex-Army personnel,
equivalent Army qualification is required.
Note: Physical and Medical Standards for recruitment shall be applicable as the Scheme prescribed
by the Central Government from time to time.
Desirable qualification:
Possession of National Cadet Corps ‘B’ or National Cadet Corps ‘C’ certificate or outstanding
sports or athletics certificate.
Note 1: Qualifications are relaxable at the discretion of the Staff Selection Commission, for reasons
to be recorded in writing, in the case of candidates otherwise well qualified.
Note 2: The qualifications regarding experience are relaxable at the discretion of the Staff Selection
Commission, for reasons to be recorded in writing in the case of candidates belonging to the
Scheduled Castes or the Scheduled Tribes, if at any stage of the selection, the Staff Selection
Commission is of the opinion that sufficient number of candidates from these community
possessing the requisite experiences are not likely to be available to fill up the vacancies
reserved for them.”;
(iii)
in column (9), for the existing entries, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-
“Two years.
Note: There shall be a mandatory induction training of atleast two weeks duration for direct recruits
for successful completion of probation as prescribed by the Central Government.”;
(iv)
in column (10), for the existing entries, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-
“(i) Thirty-three per cent. by direct recruitment through Staff Selection Commission;
(ii) fifty per cent. by promotion; and
(iii) seventeen per cent. by Limited Departmental Competitive Examination, failing which by
promotion.”.
