सा.का.जन. 138(अ).— केन्द्रीय सरकार, मानव अंग और ऊतक प्रजतरोपण अजधजनयम, 1994 (1994 का 42) की
धारा 24 द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, मानव अंग और ऊतक प्रजतरोपण जनयम, 2014 में संिोधन करने के
जलए जनम्नजलजखत और जनयम बनाती है, अर्ाात्:-
1. (1) इन जनयमों का संजिप् त नाम मानव अंग और ऊतक प्रजतरोपण जनयम, 2026 है।
(2) ये रािपत्र में इनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।
2. मानव अंग और ऊतक प्रजतरोपण जनयम, 2014 के जनयम 31 के उप-जनयम (4) के खंड (ग) में, "और दिल्ली के मामले में
राष्ट्रीय नेटवर्किंग संगठन द्वारा" िब्ि का लोप दकया िाएगा।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 18th February, 2026
G.S.R. 138(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Transplantation of Human
Organs and Tissues Act, 1994 (42 of 1994), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further
to amend the Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues Rules, 2014, namely:-
1. (1) These rules may be called the Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues Rules, 2026.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues Rules, 2014, in rule 31, in sub-rule (4), in clause (c),
the words “and by the National networking organization in case of Delhi” shall be omitted.

Note: The Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues Rules, 2014 were published in the Gazette of India,
Extraordinary, Part II, section-3, sub-section (i), vide notification number G.S.R. 218(E), dated the 27th
March, 2014 and subsequently amended vide notification number G.S.R. No. 821(E), dated the
6th November, 2025.
