सा.का.जन. 821(अ).––केंद्रीय सरकार, मानव अंग और ऊतक प्रजतरोपण अजधजनयम, 1994 (1994 का 42) की
धारा 24 द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, मानव अंग और ऊतक प्रजतरोपण जनयम, 2014 का संिोधन करने के
जलए जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाती है, अर्ाात:––
1. (1) इन जनयमों का संजिप्त नाम मानव अंग और ऊतक प्रजतरोपण (संिोधन) जनयम, 2025 है।
(2) ये सरकारी रािपत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख को लागू होंगे।
2. मानव अंग और ऊतक प्रजतरोपण जनयम, 2014 के प्ररूप 15 में, उपिीर्ाक “3. कॉर्नायल प्रत्यारोपण केन्द्द्र” के
अधीन सी के सामने, िूसरे स्ट्तंभ की प्रजवजियों में, "स्ट्पेकुलर" िब्ि के स्ट्र्ान पर, "स्ट्पेकुलर (वैकजल्पक)" िब्ि और कोष्ठक
रखें िाएंगे।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 6th November, 2025
G.S.R. 821(E).–––In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Transplantation of Human Organs
and Tissues Act, 1994 (42 of 1994), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the
Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues Rules, 2014, namely:─
1. (1) These rules may be called the Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues (Amendment)
Rules, 2025.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues Rules, 2014, in Form 15, under the sub-heading “III.
CORNEAL TRANSPLANTATION CENTRE”, in the entries in the second column against C, for the word
“Specular”, the words and brackets “Specular (optional)” shall be substituted.
