L.-33004/99 xxxGIDHxxx xxxGIDExxx असाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग II—खण् ड 3—उप-खण् ड (i) PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (i) प्राजधकार से प्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY वित्त मंत्रालय (आवथिक कायि विभाग) अविसूचना नई दिल्ली, 16 जनवरी, 2026 सा.का.वन. 40(अ).— केन्द्रीय सरकार, दसक्का दनर्ााण अदिदनयर्, 2011 (2011 का 11) की िारा 24 की उपिारा (2) के खंड (घ) और खंड (ड.) द्वारा प्रित्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, दनम्नदिक्तखत दनयर् बनाती है, अर्ाात्:- 1. संविप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ.— (1) इन दनयर्ों का संदिप्त नार् दसक्का दनर्ााण (चेन्नै पेट्रोदियर् कॉपोरेशन दिदर्ट्ेड के हीरक जयंती (साठ वर्ा) सर्ारोह के अवसर पर स्मारक दसक्का जारी करना) दनयर्, 2026 है। (2) ये राजपत्र र्ें इनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे। 2. वसक्के का मूल्यिगि.— चेन्नै पेट्रोदियर् कॉपोरेशन दिदर्ट्ेड के हीरक जयंती (साठ वर्ा) सर्ारोह के अवसर पर केंद्रीय सरकार के प्रादिकार के अिीन जारी करने के दिए ट्कसाि र्ें साठ रुपये र्ूल्य वगा का दसक्का ढािा जाएगा । सं. 40] नई दिल्ली, िुक्रवार, िनवरी 16, 2026/पौष 26, 1947 No. 40] NEW DELHI, FRIDAY, JANUARY 16, 2026/PAUSHA 26, 1947 सी.जी.-डी.एल.-अ.-16012026-269393 CG-DL-E-16012026-269393 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] 3. वसक्के की विमाएं और संरचना.— दनयर् 2 र्ें उक्तल्लक्तखत र्ूल्य वगा का दसक्का, दनम्नदिक्तखत दवर्ाओं और संरचना के अनुरूप होगा, अर्ाात्:- दसक्के का र्ूल्य वगा आकार और बाह्य व्यास िांतेिार दकनारे की संख्या िातु संयोजन (1) (2) (3) (4) साठ रुपये वृत्ताकार 44 दर्िीर्ीट्र 200 चतुर्ाक दर्श्र िातु चांिी – 50 प्रदतशत तांबा – 40 प्रदतशत दनदकि – 05 प्रदतशत जस्ता – 05 प्रदतशत 4. विज़ाइन.— दसक्के का दडज़ाइन वह होगा जो इन दनयर्ों से संिग्न पहिी अनुसूची र्ें यर्ा दवदनदिाष्ट है। 5. मानक िजन और अनुज्ञात उपचार.— चेन्नै पेट्रोदियर् कॉपोरेशन दिदर्ट्ेड के हीरक जयंती (साठ वर्ा) सर्ारोह के अवसर को र्नाने के दिए दनयर् 2 र्ें दनदिाष्ट र्ूल्य वगा के ढािे गए दसक्के का र्ानक वजन और ऐसे दसक्के को बनाने र्ें अनुज्ञात उपचार वह होगा जो इन दनयर्ों से संिग्न िूसरी अनुसूची र्ें यर्ा दवदनदिाष्ट है। पहली अनुसूची [वनयम 4 देखें] साठ रुपये अग्र भाग: दसक्के के इस भाग पर र्ध्य र्ें अशोक स्तम्भ का दसंह स्तम्भ शीर्ा होगा, दजसके नीचे “सत्यमेि जयते” िेख उत्कीदणात होगा, उसकी बाईं पररदि पर िेवनागरी दिदप र्ें “भारत” शब्द और िाईं पररदि पर अंग्रेजी र्ें “INDIA” शब्द होगा। दसंह स्तम्भ शीर्ा के नीचे रुपये का प्रतीक “₹” और अंतरााष्टरीय अंकों र्ें अंदकत र्ूल्य “60” भी होगा । पृष्ट भाग: दसक्के के इस भाग पर र्ध्य र्ें चेन्नै पेट्रोदियर् कॉपोरेशन दिदर्ट्ेड के हीरक जयंती (60 वर्ा) का प्रतीक दचन्ह होगा। प्रतीक दचन्ह के नीचे अंतरााष्टरीय अंकों र्ें “1965-2025” उत्कीणा होगा। दसक्के की ऊपरी पररदि पर िेवनागरी दिदप र्ें “चेन्नै पेट्रोवलयम कॉपोरेशन वलवमट्ेि” और “पररशोिन उत्कृष्टता के 60 िर्ि” उत्कीणा होगा। दसक्के की दनचिी पररदि पर अंग्रेज़ी र्ें “60 YEARS OF REFINING EXCELLENCE” और “CHENNAI PETROLEUM CORPORATION LIMITED” उत्कीणा होगा। [भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 दूसरी अनुसूची [वनयम 5 देखें] दसक्के का र्ूल्यवगा र्ानक वजन अनुज्ञात उपचार संयोजन र्ें र्ानक वजन र्ें ) 1 ( ) 2 ( ) 3 ( ) 4 ( साठ रुपये 35 ग्रार् चांिी के दिए 1/500वां दहस्सा की वृक्ति या कर्ी अर्ाात् चांिी का अंश प्रदत 1000 र्ें 498 से 502 के बीच हो सकेगा। 1/100वां दहस्सा की वृक्ति या कर्ी अर्ाात् वजन 34.65 ग्रार् से 35.35 ग्रार् तक हो सकता है। [फा. सं. 02/50/2025- दसक्का] अपणाा भादट्या, सिाहकार MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Economic Affairs) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 16th January, 2026 G.S.R. 40(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (d) and (e) of sub-section (2) of section 24 of the Coinage Act, 2011(11 of 2011), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely:— 1. Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Coinage (Issue of Commemorative Coin on the occasion of Diamond Jubilee Celebrations (Sixty years) of Chennai Petroleum Corporation Limited) Rules, 2026. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Denomination of coin.— The coin of Sixty Rupees denomination shall be coined at the Mint for issue under the authority of the Central Government to commemorate the occasion of Diamond Jubilee Celebrations (Sixty years) of Chennai Petroleum Corporation Limited. 3. Dimension and composition of coin.— The denomination of the coin mentioned in rule 2 shall conform to the following dimensions and composition, namely:- Denomination of the coin Shape and outside diameter Number of serrations Metal composition (1) (2) (3) (4) Sixty Rupees Circular 44 millimeters 200 Quaternary Alloy Silver – 50 per cent. Copper – 40 per cent. Nickel – 05 per cent. Zinc – 05 per cent. 4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] 4. Design.— The design of the coin shall be as specified in the First Schedule annexed to these rules. 5. Standard weight and remedy allowed.— The standard weight of the coin of denomination referred to in rule 2 to commemorate the occasion of Diamond Jubilee Celebrations (Sixty years) of Chennai Petroleum Corporation Limited and the remedy allowed in making of such coin shall be as specified in the Second Schedule annexed to these rules. FIRST SCHEDULE [See rule 4] SIXTY RUPEES OBVERSE: This face of the coin shall bear the Lion Capitol of Ashoka Pillar in the centre with the legend “सत्यमेव जयते” inscribed below, flanked on the left periphery with the word “भारत” in Devnagari script and on the right periphery with the word “INDIA” in English. It shall also bear the Rupee symbol “₹” and denominational value “60” in the international numerals below the Lion Capitol. REVERSE: This face of the coin shall bear the emblem of Diamond Jubilee (60 Years) of Chennai Petroleum Corporation Limited at the center of the coin. The year “1965-2025” in international numerals shall be inscribed below the emblem. On the upper periphery of the coin, the inscription “चेन्नै पेट्रोलियम कॉपोरेशन लिलमटेड” and “पररशोधन उत्कृष्टता के 60 वर्ष” shall be inscribed in Devanagari script. On the lower periphery of the coin, the inscription “60 YEARS OF REFINING EXCELLENCE” and “CHENNAI PETROLEUM CORPORATION LIMITED” shall be inscribed in English. SECOND SCHEDULE [See rule 5] Denomination of the coin Standard weight Remedy allowed In composition In standard weight (1) (2) (3) (4) Sixty Rupees 35 Grams 1/500th plus or minus for Silver, that is to say, the Silver content may vary from 498 to 502 per 1000. 1/100th plus or minus, that is to say, the weight may vary from 34.65 grams to 35.35 grams.
