सा.का.जन.751(अ).–– केंद्रीय सरकार, खान और खजनि (जिकास और जिजनयमन) अजधजनयम, 1957
(1957 का 67) की धारा 3 के खंड (ङ) द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के खान मंत्रालय की भारत
के रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उपखंड (i) में संखयांक सा.का.जन. 786(अ), तारीख 23 अगस्ट्त, 1989 द्वारा
प्रकाजित अजधसूचना में जनम्नजलजखत संिोधन करती है, अर्ाात्:-
उि अजधसूचना में, "चूना - कोि, कंकर और चूना-पत्र्र िब उनका जनमााण-सामग्री के रूप में प्रयुि चूने के
जनमााण के जलए भट्टों में प्रयोग दकया िाए" िब्िों के स्ट्र्ान पर, "चूना - कोि और कंकर िब उनका जनमााण-सामग्री के रूप
में प्रयुि चूने के जनमााण के जलए भट्टों में प्रयोग दकया िाए" िब्ि रखे िाएंगे।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 10th October, 2025
G.S.R. 751(E).––In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (e) of section 3 of the Mines and Minerals
(Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (67 of 1957), the Central Government hereby makes the following
amendment in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Mines, published in the Gazette of India,
Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 786(E), dated the 23rd August, 1989, namely:—
In the said notification, for the words “limeshell, kankar and limestone when used in kilns for manufacture of
lime used as building material”, the words “limeshell and kankar when used in kilns for manufacture of lime used as
building material” shall be substituted.
