सा.का.जन. 107(अ).— केंद्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय रािमागग अजधजनयम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 9 द्वारा प्रित्त
िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राष्ट्रीय रािमागग फीस (िरों का अवधारण और संग्रहण) जनयम, 2008 में और संिोधन करने
हेतु जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाती है, अर्ागत्: –
1.
संजिप्त िीर्गक और प्रारंभ - (1) इन जनयमों का संजिप्त नाम राष्ट्रीय रािमागग फीस (िरों का अवधारण और संग्रहण)
(संिोधन) जनयम, 2026 है।
(2) ये जनयम 15 फरवरी, 2026 से लागू होंगे।

राष्ट्रीय रािमागग फीस (िरों का अवधारण और संग्रहण) जनयम, 2008 के जनयम 4 में उप-जनयम (7) के पश्चात्
जनम्नजलजखत परंतुक अंतःस्ट्र्ाजपत दकया िाएगा, अर्ागत्:
“परंतु राष्ट्रीय रािमागग के उपयोग के जलए फीस की िर, िो दक उसकी अजधसूजचत लंबाई के केवल एक भाग के जलए
ही प्रचालन में है, उप-जनयम (2) में जनर्िगष्टानुसार, राष्ट्रीय रािमागग फीस (िरों का अवधारण और संग्रहण) (संिोधन) जनयम,

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 4th February, 2026
G.S.R. 107(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the National Highways
Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend
the National Highways Fee (Determination of Rates and Collection) Rules, 2008, namely: –
1.
Short title and commencement. – (1) These rules may be called the National Highways
Fee (Determination of Rates and Collection) (Amendment) Rules, 2026.
(2) They shall come into force with effect from the 15th day of February, 2026.
2.
In the National Highways Fee (Determination of Rates and Collection) Rules, 2008, in rule
4, after sub-rule (7), the following proviso shall be inserted, namely: –
“Provided that the rate of fee for use of a national expressway which is in operation for only
a part of its notified length shall be levied as specified in sub-rule(2), for a period of one year from
the date of commencement of the National Highways Fee (Determination of Rates and Collection)
(Amendment) Rules, 2026, or till the fully operational of the expressway, whichever is earlier,
unless extended for reasons to be recorded in writing.”.
