सा.का.जन. 300(अ).— केन्द्रीय सरकार, कंपनी अधिधनर्म, 2013 (2013 का 18) की िारा 469 की उप-िारा
(1) और (2) के साथ पठित िारा 396, 398, 399, 403 और 404 द्वारा प्रदत्त शधिर्ों का प्रर्ोग करते हुए, कंपनी
(रजिस्ट्रीकरण कार्ायलर् और शुल्क) धनर्म, 2014 में आगे संशोिन करने के धलए धनम्नधलधित धनर्म बनाती है, अथायत्:-
1. संधिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ. - (1) इन धनर्मों का संजिप्त नाम कंपनी (रजिस्ट्रीकरण कार्ायलर् और शुल्क) संशोिन धनर्म,
2026 है।
(2) वे राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीि से लागू होंगे।
2. कंपनी (रजिस्ट्रीकरण कार्ायलर् और शुल्क) धनर्म, 2014 में, अनुसूची में, मद VII और उससे संबंधित प्रधवधिर्ों के धलए,
धनम्नधलधित मद और प्रधवधिर्ों को रखा जाएगा, अथायत्: -
"(VII) कंपनी (जनिेिकों की जनयुजि और अर्हता) जनयम, 2014 के जनयम 12क के अधीन प्ररूप संख्या डीआईआर -3
केवाईसी वेब फाइल करने के जलए िुल्क,-

उप-धनर्म (1) में उपबंजधत समर्-सीमा के भीतर फाइल ककर्ा जाता है।

संिोजधत ककए गए थे।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 21st April, 2026
G.S.R. 300(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 396, 398, 399, 403 and 404 read
with sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 469 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), the Central
Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Companies (Registration Offices and
Fees) Rules, 2014, namely:—
1. Short title and commencement. - (1) These rules may be called the Companies (Registration Offices
and Fees) Amendment Rules, 2026.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Companies (Registration Offices and Fees) Rules, 2014, in the Annexure, for item VII and the
entries relating thereto, the following item and entries shall be substituted, namely:-
"(VII) FEE FOR FILING Form No. DIR-3 KYC Web under Rule 12A of the Companies (Appointment
and Qualification of Directors) Rules, 2014,–
Fee for Form No. DIR-3 KYC Web
Amount (Rs.)
(i) The form is filed within the timeline provided in sub-rule (1) of rule 12A of the
Companies (Appointment and Qualification of Directors) Rules, 2014.

(ii) The form is filed after the timeline referred to in serial number (i), or filed for re-
activation of DIN

(iii) Form DIR-3-KYC Web filed again at any time for any change as provided in sub-
rule (2) of rule 12A of the Companies (Appointment and Qualification of Directors)
