सा.का.जन. 449(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार, खान और खजनि (जिकास और जिजनयमन) अजधजनयम, 1957 (1957 का 67) की धारा 18 द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, खजनि संरक्षण और जिकास जनयम, 2017 का और संिोधन करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाती है, अर्ाात् :—

1. संजक्षप्त नाम और प्रारंभ .— (1) इन जनयमों का संजक्षप्त नाम खजनि संरक्षण और जिकास (संिोधन) जनयम, 2026 है।

(2) ये रािपत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रिृत्त होंगे।

2. खजनि संरक्षण और जिकास जनयम, 2017 की अनुसूची-1 में,—

(क) प्ररूप-च1 में,— (i) प्रारंजभक भाग में, “खजनि संरक्षण और जिकास जनयम, 1988 का जनयम 62” िब्िों और अंकों के स्ट्र्ान पर “खजनि संरक्षण और जिकास जनयम, 2017 का जनयम 66” िब्ि और अंक रखे िाएंगे; (ii) भाग-2 में, क्रम संख्या 7 के पश्चात्,— (अ) “@प्रेजित दकए गए आरओएम अयस्ट्क की श्रेणीयां:” िीिाक के अधीन, सारणी में, “लौह अयस्ट्क” िीिाक िाली पंजियों के सामने, “श्रेणीयां” से संबंजधत स्ट्तम्भ के अधीन, क्रम संख्या (क) तर्ा उससे संबंजधत प्रजिजियों के पश्चात् जनम्नजलजखत क्रम संख्याएं और प्रजिजियां अंतःस्ट्र्ाजपत की िाएंगी, अर्ाात्:— “(कक) 35% Fe आरओएम से नीचे (केिल हेमेटाइट अयस्ट्क हेतु) (कख) 35% से 45% से नीचे Fe आरओएम (केिल हेमेटाइट अयस्ट्क हेतु)”; (ख) “**उपरोि सारणी में दिए गए खजनिों में सूजचत दकए िाने िाले खजनिों की श्रेजणयां जनम्न सारणी में दिए गए है (यदि नीचे श्रेणी अलग से नहीं दिखाएं गए है, खजनि के नाम के समक्ष श्रेणी ििााएं):”, िीिाक के अधीन, सारणी में, “लौह अयस्ट्क” िीिाक िाली पंजियों में, “श्रेजणयां” से संबंजधत स्ट्तम्भ के अधीन,— (I) मि संख्या (i) के अधीन, क्रम संख्या (क) तर्ा उससे संबंजधत प्रजिजियों के पश्चात् जनम्नजलजखत क्रम संख्याएं और प्रजिजियां अंतःस्ट्र्ाजपत की िाएंगी, अर्ाात्:— “(कक) 35% Fe से नीचे (केिल हेमेटाइट अयस्ट्क हेतु) (कख) 35% से 45% से नीचे Fe (केिल हेमेटाइट अयस्ट्क हेतु)”; (II) मि संख्या (ii) के अधीन, क्रम संख्या (क) तर्ा उससे संबंजधत प्रजिजियों के पश्चात्, जनम्नजलजखत क्रम संख्याएं और प्रजिजियां अंतःस्ट्र्ाजपत की िाएंगी, अर्ाात्:— “(कक) 35% Fe से नीचे (केिल हेमेटाइट अयस्ट्क हेतु) (कख) 35% से 45% से नीचे Fe (केिल हेमेटाइट अयस्ट्क हेतु)”; (iii) सारणी के अंत में टटप्पण का लोप दकया िाएगा।

(ख) प्ररूप-च 2 के, प्रारंजभक भाग में, “खजनि संरक्षण और जिकास जनयम, 1988 का जनयम 62” िब्िों और अंकों के स्ट्र्ान पर “खजनि संरक्षण और जिकास जनयम, 2017 का जनयम 66” िब्ि और अंक रखे िाएंगे;

(ग) प्ररूप-च 3 में, प्रारंजभक भाग में, “खजनि संरक्षण और जिकास जनयम, 1988 का जनयम 62” िब्िों और अंकों के स्ट्र्ान पर “खजनि संरक्षण और जिकास जनयम, 2017 का जनयम 66” िब्ि और अंक रखे िाएंगे;

G.S.R. 449(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 18 of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (67 of 1957), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Mineral Conservation and Development Rules, 2017, namely: —

1. Short title and commencement. — (1) These rules may be called the Mineral Conservation and Development (Amendment) Rules, 2026. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Mineral Conservation and Development Rules, 2017, in Schedule-I, — (a) in FORM F1, – (i) in the opening portion, for the words and figures “rule 62 of the Mineral Conservation and Development Rules, 1988”, the words and figures “rule 66 of the Mineral Conservation and Development Rules, 2017” shall be substituted; (ii) in PART -II, after serial number 7, under the heading, – (A) “@Grades of ROM ore dispatched:”, in the table, against rows titled “Iron Ore”, under the column relating to “GRADES”, after serial number (a) and entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries shall be inserted, namely: — “(aa) Below 35% Fe ROM (For Hematite Ore Only) (ab) 35% to below 45% Fe ROM (For Hematite Ore Only)”; (B) “**Grades of minerals to be reported in the above tables are as given below. (If separate grades are not mentioned below, report the mineral name against grade):”, in the table, in the rows titled “Iron Ore”, under the column relating to “GRADES”,— (I) under item number (i), after serial number (a) and entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries shall be inserted, namely: — “(aa) Below 35% Fe (For Hematite Ore Only) (ab) 35% to below 45% Fe (For Hematite Ore Only)”; (II) under item number (ii), after serial number (a) and entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries shall be inserted, namely: — “(aa) Below 35% Fe (For Hematite Ore Only) (ab) 35% to below 45% Fe (For Hematite Ore Only)”; (iii) at the end of the table, Note shall be omitted.
