सा.का.जन. 22(अ).—केंद्रीय सरकार, खान और खजनि (जवकास और जवजनयमन) अजधजनयम, 1957
(1957 का 67) की धारा 13 द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, खजनि (परमाणु और हाइड्रोकार्बन ऊिाब खजनिों से
जभन्न) ररयायत जनयम, 2016 का और संिोधन करने के जलए, जनम्नजलजखत जनयम र्नाती है, अर्ाबत्:—
1. संजिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ.
— (1) इन जनयमों का संजिप्त नाम खजनि (परमाणु और हाइड्रोकार्बन ऊिाब खजनिों से जभन्न)
ररयायत (संिोधन) जनयम, 2026 है।
(2) ये रािपत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।
2. खजनि (परमाणु और हाइड्रोकार्बन ऊिाब खजनिों से जभन्न) ररयायत जनयम, 2016 के जनयम 45 में —
(क) उपजनयम (7) में,—
(i) “, जिरकोजनयम और सीजियम के” िब्िों के स्ट्र्ान पर, “और जिरकोजनयम के” िब्ि रखे िाएंगे;
(ii) “, जिरकोजनयम स्ट्पंि और सीजियम धातु” िब्िों के स्ट्र्ान पर, “और जिरकोजनयम स्ट्पंि” िब्ि रखे िाएंगे;
(ख) उपजनयम (11) के पश्चात, जनम्नजलजखत उपजनयम अन्तस्ट्र्ाजपत दकया िाएगा, अर्ाबत:—

प्रकािनों द्वारा प्रकाजित नवीनतम उपलब्ध कैलेंडर वषब के मूल्यों के आधार पर भारतीय रुपए में ऐसे मूल्य को
जनम्नजलजखत से गुणा करके सीजियम का औसत जवक्रय कीमत प्रकाजित करेगा, अर्ाबत:—
(क) उि कैलेंडर वषब के जलए भारतीय ररिवब र्ैंक की औसत संिभब िर; और
(ख) 1.23 का संपररवतबन कारक |” |

और अंजतम र्ार संखयांक सा.का.जन. 486(अ) तारीख 21 िुलाई, 2025 द्वारा संिोजधत दकए गए र्े।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 12th January, 2026
G.S.R. 22(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13 of the Mines and Minerals (Development
and Regulation) Act, 1957 (67 of 1957), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the
Minerals (Other than Atomic and Hydro Carbons Energy Minerals) Concession Rules, 2016, namely:—
1. Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Minerals (Other than Atomic and Hydro
Carbons Energy Minerals) Concession (Amendment) Rules, 2026.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Minerals (Other than Atomic and Hydro Carbons Energy Minerals) Concession Rules, 2016, in rule 45,—
(a) in sub-rule (7),—
(i) for the words “, Zirconium and Caesium in”, the words “and Zirconium in” shall be substituted;
(ii) for the words “, Zirconium sponge and Caesium metal”, the words “and Zirconium sponge” shall be substituted;
(b) after sub-rule (11), the following sub-rule shall be inserted, namely:—
“(12) The Indian Bureau of Mines shall publish average sale price of Caesium in Indian Rupees on the basis of
prices published by the United States Geological Survey or other reputed publications for Caesium Carbonate for
the latest available calendar year by multiplying such price with the following, namely:—
(a) average reference rate of Reserve Bank of India for the said calendar year; and
(b) the conversion factor of 1.23.”.

Note.—The Minerals (Other than Atomic and Hydro Carbons Energy Minerals) Concession Rules, 2016 were published
in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide number G.S.R. 279(E), dated the
4th March, 2016 and last amended vide number G.S.R. 486(E), dated the 21st July, 2025.
