का.आ. 2347(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार, सूक्ष्म, लघु और मध्यम उद्यम विकास अधिनियम, 2006 (2006 का 27) की धारा 7 की उपधारा (1) और उपधारा (9) के साथ पठित धारा 8 की उपधारा (2) और उपधारा (3) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार, सूक्ष्म, लघु और मध्यम उद्यम मंत्रालय की भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग 2, खंड 3, उपखंड (ii) में तारीख 26 जून, 2020 को प्रकाशित अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 2119(अ) तारीख 26 जून, 2020 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात् :--
उक्त अधिसूचना के पैरा 7 के उप पैरा (3) में “31 मार्च, 2021” अंकों और शब्द के स्थान पर “31 दिसंबर, 2021” अंकों और शब्द रखे जाएंगे ।

टिप्पण : मूल अधिसूचना भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उपखंड (ii) में का.आ सं. 2119(अ) तारीख 26 जून, 2020 द्वारा प्रकाशित की गई थी और पश्चातवर्ती सं. 1055 (अ) तारीख 5 मार्च, 2021 द्वारा संशोधित की गई ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 16th June, 2021
S.O. 2347(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (9) of section 7 read with sub-sections (2) and (3) of section 8 of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006 (27 of 2006), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of Government of India, Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises number S.O. 2119 (E), dated the 26th June, 2020, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, sub-section (ii), namely:-
In the said notification, in paragraph (7), in sub-paragraph (3), for the figures and words, “31st day of March, 2021” the figures and words “31st day of December, 2021” shall be substituted.
