CORRIGENDUM

NEW DELHI, 21st DECEMBER, 2018

No. 311-04/2017-QoS...... In the notification of the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India, No. 311-04/2017-QoS dated the 19th July 2018, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part III, Section 4, S.No. 275 -

(1) at page 103, under regulation 25, sub-regulation “(4)” shall be read as “(6)”.

(2) at page 108, in Schedule –I, clause “4(6)(f)” shall be read as “4(6)(b)”.

(3) at page 109, in Schedule –I, clause “5(5)(c), 5(5)(d), 5(5)(e)” shall be read as “5(5)(b), 5(5)(c), 5(5)(d)”.

(4) at pages 111, in Schedule – II, clause “1(3)” shall be read as “1(1)”.

(5) at pages 112, in Schedule – II, clause “1(4)” shall be read as “1(2)”.

(6) at page 116, in Schedule – II, clause “6(2)(f), 6(2)(g), 6(2)(h), 6(2)(i)” shall be read as “6(2)(b), 6(2)(c), 6(2)(d), 6(2)(e)”.

(7) at page 118, in Schedule – III, clause “2(2)(d)” shall be read as “2(2)(b)”.
